RTX SkillBridge Fellowship Program Collins Aerospace | Pratt & Whitney | Raytheon | RTX CorporateProgram OverviewRTX’s Enterprise SkillBridge Fellowship Program provides transitioning service members with structured civilian workforce training opportunities across RTX business units, including Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, Raytheon, and RTX Corporate.Participants approved into the RTX SkillBridge Fellowship Program are assigned to a fellowship opportunity within Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, Raytheon, or RTX Corporate based on workforce demand, operational needs, technical background, location availability, security requirements, and participant experience. RTX SkillBridge fellowships are designed to provide structured hands-on learning, civilian workforce integration, mentorship, and real-world industry exposure while allowing RTX teams to assess, develop, and prepare participants for full-time employment opportunities aligned to long-term business and mission needs.RTX recognizes the value transitioning service members bring through leadership, accountability, technical expertise, mission focus, adaptability, operational excellence, and commitment to service.
