HR Generalist

ABOUT THE JOB

The HR Business Partner is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of a variety of human resource functions. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels within the organization. This position requires high energy, forward thinking, the ability to adapt to different environments and the ability to establish trust within the organization. This position is the first point of contact for all HR-related queries and provides administrative and project management support to the Sr Human Manager and other stakeholders. The individual will assist in employee relations and policy decision issues as well as ensure that human resource activities support the GMR Mission Statement and Values.

RESPONSIBILITIES✨

• Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of a variety of human resource functions.
• Relate to individuals at all levels within the organization.
• First point of contact for all HR-related queries.
• Provides administrative and project management support to the Sr Human Manager and other stakeholders.
• Assist in employee relations and policy decision issues.

QUALIFICATIONS✨

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in Human Resources, Business, Sociology, or Public Policy preferred.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Workday is preferred.
