ABOUT THE JOB

• Work with a talented team of TSCM personnel to conduct inspections at our client location.• Organize, maintain, and learn about sensitive equipment used for conducting inspections.• Coordinate documentation of TSCM measures, policies, procedures, or tests.• Prioritize work requests that company receives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate and maintain sensitive measurement and survey equipment.
  • Plan and execute Technical Security evaluations and service in accordance with DOE Order 470.6, SPB Procedural Guides 1, 2, & 3, and DOE/NNSA policy, within prescribed timeframes.
  • Prepare thorough and clear classified written reports which comprehensively detail evaluation procedures and technical findings.
  • Respond to Technical Security discoveries in accordance with national, DOE, and NNSA policies.
  • Provide Technical Threat Briefings, analytical reports, and products to senior level officials.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree in cybersecurity, criminal justice, engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Equivalent work experience may be substituted for education.
  • Mid-level Technician with a minimum of 4 years experience.
  • Clearance level should be at a Top Secret, with an SCI preferred.
  • Graduate from the Interagency Training Center (ITC) in the TSCM Fundamentals Course is preferred.
  • Ability to climb ladders, reach into tight spaces and move around for hours at a time.
  • Strength demands are minimal for sedentary work – exerting up to 10lbs of force occasionally.

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY

A degree in cybersecurity, criminal justice, engineering or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience maybe substituted for education. Mid-level Technician with a minimum of 4 years experience. Clearance level should be at a Top Secret, with an SCI preferred. Graduate from the Interagency Training Center (ITC) in the TSCM Fundamentals Course is preferred. To comply with DOE Order for TSCM inspections, physical demands include being able to climb ladders, reach into tight spaces and be able to move around for hours at a time. Strength demands are minimal for sedentary work – exerting up to 10lbs of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
