Intermountain Electronics is proud to offer a hands-on SkillBridge opportunity for transitioning service members interested in a career as a Mechanical Assembly Technician within our manufacturing operations. This role provides immersive experience in the mechanical assembly of complex electrical control systems and modular equipment such as E-houses, metering skids, switchgear units, and control centers. This full-time SkillBridge opportunity provides real-world experience in heavy industrial manufacturing, helping service members build the foundation for a successful post-military career with Intermountain Electronics or within the broader industry.

ABOUT THE JOB
Mechanical Assembly Technician - install cable trays, cut, bend and install buss bar, hang doors/siding, install specialty components, assemble and attach electrical components/devices on electrical equipment such as E-houses, LACT units, metering skids, switch gear, capacitor banks, MCC houses, control centers, etc.
