HR Systems Administration, Reporting and Analytics
Provides program administration services for FPAC federal employees as it relates to HR designated information systems support, workforce data reporting and analytics, and performs the following functions: Collects, analyzes, conduct statistical analysis, and prepares reports in multiple formats to meet agency reporting; Develops and delivers HR reports and dashboardsto internal and external customers, to include departmental leadership; Analyzes data collected, conducts statistical analysis and assists in the development and delivery of workload management tools, including reports and dashboards. Manages accesses to EmpowHR Designated Security Administrator (DSA) functions; Ensures training on designated HR information systems; Administers HR systems program review; Requests system modifications on behalf of the agency to the appropriate system owner after assessment and validation of the reported issue or enhancement request; Assist in the training and creation of SOPs and provides guidance to developing HR and Business Center SOPs related to or dependent on HRdesignated systems, workforce data reporting and analytics
