The Love Florida Living Group powered by eXp Realty, LLC SkillBridge program teaches students how to practice real estate once they obtain a real estate license. Students will learn how to get started, learn how to work with buyers and sellers, and build their real estate business. Topics include introduction to mortgage financing, how to work with Buyers, how to work with Sellers, lead generation, working a database, accountability, managing your financials, etc. Program graduates will have an overall understanding of how to get started in real estate and begin their career.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage financial aspects of real estate transactions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be enrolled in a Real Estate License course in their state of residency

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY

Participants must have a Florida Real Estate License and reside in the Northeast Florida.
