The HRIS Analyst SkillBridge participant will support the Human Resources team by assisting with the administration, optimization, and reporting of the organization’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role provides hands-on exposure to real-world HR operations, workforce analytics, and digital HR transformation. The participant will work closely with HR leadership to improve data integrity, automate processes, and build dashboards that support strategic workforce decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day HRIS administration including employee records, job data, organizational structures, and system workflowsAssist with data audits, data cleanup, and validation to ensure system accuracy and complianceBuild and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports for leadership (headcount, turnover, promotions, diversity metrics, etc.)Support HR dashboards and workforce analytics initiativesDocument HRIS processes, job aids, and standard operating proceduresAssist with system testing, upgrades, and new module implementationsProvide basic user support and troubleshooting for HR system issuesPartner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to streamline digital workflowsLearning Objectives (SkillBridge Focus)Gain practical experience in HR technology and digital HR operationsDevelop workforce analytics and reporting skillsLearn how HR systems support compliance, payroll, benefits, and talent management
