Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Create NetSuite Prospects for new inbound call customersBegin creating Estimates for the sales team to processAnswer phonesCheck emailEnsure Customer Records are accurateAssist with customer questionsProvide excellent customer serviceWillingness to learn and grow within the companyMeet or exceed key performance indicatorsWork the 5p - 6p shifts in rotation with other upper level sales staffTransfer calls to a Tech or the parts department based on customer needsFollow the HHP system and report any problems to management immediately Requirements:Knowledge of Microsoft Office programsKnowledge of typing, grammar, and basic written/verbal communication skillsKnowledge of basic customer service principlesKey Competencies and Standards:Attention to detail and accuracyOrganizational skillsInformation managementProblem analysis and problem solving skills
