Our 2–4 month program is custom-designed for each individual and provides exposure to multiple departments across the business. You will be supported by a dedicated Pathways team and leaders throughout the business. We invest time, energy, and resources to ensure this is one of the premier SkillBridge programs in the country. Below is a brief overview of the available departments you will work with throughout your program. Departments to Explore: Revenue: Client-facing positions in Customer Development and Sales that offer the chance to learn the ‘business of the business’ while being surrounded by some of the best leadership in the country. Operations: Logistics, Project Production, and installation management positions that allow you to work in high-performing teams to ensure every project is a 5-star experience for our homeowners. Craftsman Academy - A customized schoolhouse to train transitioning service members to install and run installation crews for us.
