TOA IT Field Technician

Estimated program completion will be variant of trainee’s base knowledge typically 120 days. The total number of weeks in the training plan is 24. The instructional method that will be utilized is on-the-job training. Training will be delivered by Field Tech Supervisor Sarah Heustis with 3 years of experience in the tech field, holds ITF+ and A+ certifications. Additional training will be provided with Field Technician Devlyn Chumley, 1.5 years of experience in the tech field and holds A+ certification.

ABOUT THE JOB

Entry level field technician role. The trainee will provide basic hardware and end user support for large multi-site medical practice. Will assist in set up and build of machines as well as responding to initial help desk ticket requests.
