The Foreman-in-Training (FIT) in the Surfacing Division is a hands-on leadership role responsible for performing and supervising all aspects of sports court surfacing projects. The FIT works alongside crews to prepare surfaces, apply coatings, stripe courts, and maintain quality standards. The role also develops leadership skills by managing crews, coordinating projects, communicating with clients, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and company standards. The program prepares FITs to advance into independent A+ Surfacing Foreman roles.
