The production department works closely with supply chain, engineering, quality, and maintenance, to ensure demand is met.
Chemical Operators produce material that supplies many customers and Henkel affiliates, around the world. The primary focus of a chemical operator is to perform batch processing with a focus on safety, quality, production, and cost. All operators contribute to key performance indicators such as schedule adherence, off-spec, scrap, and volume.
