The Investment Analyst SkillBridge Program at Hayman Capital Management is a 24-week, hands-on training program designed to develop foundational and advanced skills in financial analysis, valuation, and investment decision-making. Participants will gain exposure to private equity, credit, and special situations investing through a structured curriculum combined with real-world application. The program covers financial modeling, market analysis, due diligence, deal structuring, and portfolio monitoring, culminating in a capstone investment project and final presentation.
The Investment Analyst Intern will support the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities across credit, special situations, private equity, and private credit. Under the guidance of senior professionals, participants will assist with financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and preparation of investment materials such as memos and presentations. The role includes monitoring portfolio investments, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position provides exposure to the full investment lifecycle in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Strong interest in finance, analytical thinking skills, attention to detail, and basic proficiency in Excel or financial concepts preferred but not required.
