N9 Food and Beverage Site Manager
Responsible for the oversite of the food and beverage operations within the designated installation which includes, but is not limited to, developing and implementing marketing menu plans, assessing customer interests and growth areas, developing and overseeing budgets, financial analysis to determine profit and/or loss status, staffing and training plans, raising quality standards, preparing for inspections, oversight of special events within the facilities, and ensuing the highest quality of dining operations within the installation footprint.
