Identity & Access Management Analyst

ABOUT THE JOB

The role of the Identity and Access Management Analyst is that of general administrator of the department: Is the primary coordinator and liaison to IBM as it relates to development and maintenance of role entitlements; consultant to provisioning team in all platforms; provides 2nd level technical support for HNA'S two-factor RSA authentication, assist in management and/or resolution of incidents assigned to platform security, and support SOX/compliance during audit periods.HNA Two-Factor Authentication 2nd Level Support, IAM Role Coordination & Creation, General IAM Maintainence activities, Role Management, SOX Evidence Generation

RESPONSIBILITIES

• General administrator of the department
• Primary coordinator and liaison to IBM for development and maintenance of role entitlements
• Consultant to provisioning team in all platforms
• Provides 2nd level technical support for HNA's two-factor RSA authentication
• Assist in management and/or resolution of incidents assigned to platform security
• Support SOX/compliance during audit periods
• IAM Role Coordination & Creation
• General IAM Maintenance activities
• Role Management
• SOX Evidence Generation

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of college or equivalent
• Two years experience in provisioning and/or IAM
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of IAM systems, incident, and ticket systems

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY

2 YEARS OF COLLEGE OR EQUIVALENTTWO YEARS EXPERIENCE PROVISIONING AND/OR IAMSTRONG WRITTEN & VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLSSTRONG WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF IAM SYSTEMS, INCIDENT, AND TICKET SYSTEMS
