Junk Removal Crew Member/Team Leader
As a Junk Removal Specialist at VETS, you will be the face of our company on the front lines of service delivery. You’ll be responsible for the safe, timely, and professional removal of junk, debris, and waste materials from customer sites. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in their job, and values customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely load, transport, and unload junk and debris from residential and commercial propertiesPerform site cleanups and trash outs, ensuring all materials are properly disposed ofOperate company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely and responsiblyDeliver and retrieve roll-off dumpsters and valet trash bins as scheduledProvide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all timesCommunicate clearly with dispatch and team leads regarding job progress and updatesFollow company protocols for safety, compliance, and environmental standardsAssist with maintaining equipment and vehicles in clean, working condition
Must be able to lift 75 lbs or more repeatedly throughout the dayValid driver’s license and clean driving record requiredStrong work ethic and a team-first attitudeExcellent communication and customer service skillsComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
