This program provides real‑world, hands‑on experience that prepares participants for meaningful careers in the construction industry.
• Understand full project lifecycle and PM responsibilities• Create and manage components of a construction schedule• Assist with budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor management• Lead basic jobsite coordination tasks• Demonstrate working knowledge of plans, specs, QC, and safety protocols• Complete and present a capstone PM assignment
