ABOUT THE JOB

Working closely with other Officers and Civilian staff you will lean and be familiarized with:-The operations of a large police agency-Non-emergency reports intake and report writing/law-City Blue-Light cameras. The eyes of the streets!-District Attorney's Office / Court proceedings-Leaning the operations of Major Crimes, Central Investigations, SWAT, SCUBA, Bomb Squad & K9.-Crime Scene Technician's Unit, Etc..

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working closely with other Officers and Civilian staff
• Familiarization with the operations of a large police agency
• Non-emergency reports intake and report writing/law
• Monitoring City Blue-Light cameras
• Participation in District Attorney's Office / Court proceedings
• Learning the operations of Major Crimes, Central Investigations, SWAT, SCUBA, Bomb Squad & K9
• Involvement with Crime Scene Technician's Unit

QUALIFICATIONS

• Be of Good Moral Character
• Criminal Background Check
• Honorable Discharge upon release of active duty or reserves
