In this position you will manage multiple commercial builds, oversee subcontractors, negotiate contracts, control budgets and schedules, and ensure quality execution from pre-construction through closeout. This position requires a strategic, hands-on leader who excels in remote project management while confidently solving real-time issues in the field.
Key responsibilities include:-Establish and lead subcontractor sourcing, selection, negotiation, and performance management to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and cost efficiency-Direct and coordinate all field operations, local resources, and external partners to ensure seamless execution across multiple scopes and work streams-Maintain clear, executive-level communication through shared dashboards, Google Chat, Zoom, and reporting structures to provide real-time visibility into project performance and risks-Implement, optimize, and enforce construction management systems and workflows using tools such as Monday, Procore, ConstructConnect, and related platforms
-High level of organizational discipline and decision-making capability, with the judgment to prioritize effectively and act decisively in fast-moving environments-Clear, confident communicator capable of aligning subcontractors, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership around project objectives and performance-Established track record of full ownership delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards with minimal oversight
