Software Engineer:Location: Seattle, WA (On-site 2 days every other week Tuesday/Wednesday)Compensation: Up to $105,000, based on performance and experience, upon successful completion of the SkillBridge program.About the Role:We’re seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Software Engineer to join our team! This role isideal for someone with a junior to mid-level background in software development who is excited to grow professionally. You’ll be supporting a Workday integration project and will receive mentorship from a Senior Workday Engineer throughout your time with us.
Key Responsibilities:• Assist in the development and support of Workday integrations.• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams.• Learn and apply best practices in software engineering and cloud technologies.Required Qualifications:1. Hands-on experience with the Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET, .NET Core, MS SQL).2. Exposure to Microsoft Azure service.3. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Math, or related field; or equivalentexperience.Key Responsibilities:• Assist in the development and support of Workday integrations.• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams.• Learn and apply best practices in software engineering and cloud technologies.• Microsoft Platform Development & Integration o Design, build, and maintain solutions leveraging Azure, Power Apps, Fabric, Entra, and related Microsoft technologies. o Serve as a champion for modern development practices, helping the team adoptand master Microsoft’s evolving ecosystem.Preferred Skills:• Experience working with Workday.
