Pink's Window Services is seeking a General Manager (GM) SkillBridge intern for the Washington DC Metro Area. This is an outstanding opportunity for transitioning service members to leverage their military leadership experience in a fast-growing home services franchise. The GM role is the cornerstone of our operation — you will manage people, drive sales, and build lasting community relationships while training for a full-time leadership career.
As a General Manager at Pink's Window Services, you will: handle scheduling and direct client communication (phone, text, email); estimate and quote projects; accompany potential clients on property inspections; upsell additional services; manage hiring, firing, and labor scheduling; conduct post-service follow-ups for quality assurance; build strategic relationships with homeowners, restaurant managers, and local businesses; network and promote Pink's brand; ensure safety compliance; and manage inventory. Compensation: $65,000 base salary + 2% revenue. This internship is designed to transition directly into a full-time General Manager position upon successful program completion.
Must be within 180 days of military separation. Leadership experience preferred. All branches welcome.
