The General Construction Laborer supports daily construction and restoration operations through hands-on field work, material handling, jobsite preparation, demolition, and coordination with skilled trades. This position provides foundational training in commercial and residential construction, as well as property restoration practices related to water, fire, and structural damage, while reinforcing safety, teamwork, and productivity standards. The role is designed to develop practical trade knowledge, jobsite awareness, construction sequencing, and restoration workflow processes under the supervision of experienced field personnel. Participants gain exposure to mitigation procedures, controlled demolition, moisture monitoring, structural drying support, and rebuild operations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of both new construction and restoration environments.
