This 18 week training program is designed to transition a separating service member into a fully trained entry-level real estate professional through a structured, hands-on learning environment. The program combines classroom-style instruction, practical application, daily skill development, and direct mentorship to ensure the participant develops the core competencies required to operate in a professional real estate setting. The curriculum is intentionally progressive, beginning with foundational knowledge and advancing toward real-world application under supervision. Throughout the program, the participant will engage in daily roleplay, structured lead generation activities, customer interaction simulations, and live field exposure. All client-facing activities including appointments, consultations, and negotiations will be conducted alongside a licensed mentor, who will act as the responsible agent. This ensures compliance, proper oversight, and a controlled learning environment while the participant builds confidence and competence. The program emphasizes accountability, discipline, and measurable performance benchmarks. Weekly evaluations, activity tracking, and skill assessments are built into the structure to ensure consistent progress. By the end of the program, the participant will have developed the communication skills, market knowledge, systems proficiency, and professional habits necessary to transition into a licensed real estate role.
