Shugarman's Bath is a family run home remodeling company in San Diego that specializes in bathroom remodeling. As of 08/2021, we've grown from a team of 10 to 45 since the end of 2020, and we're not stopping any time soon. Led by one of the best production managers in the country, SkillBridge participants will be trained by, and under the supervision of an expert among experts. Plumbing, carpentry, handyman, demolition, and customer service skills are the fundamental capacities that will be learned during the program. Learning experiences will take place both in the field, assisting Lead Installers on live job sites, as well as at our training facility at the company headquarters in San Diego. Upon completion of the SkillBridge program, and transitioning from Assistant Bathroom Installer to Lead Installer, participants will have the very realistic earning potential of $100,000 - $150,000 / year.
