This SkillBridge opportunity offers transitioning service members a direct path into a successful career in real estate, guided by one of California’s top-performing agents, Adrian Quijano. Under his mentorship, trainees gain access to the same proven systems, strategies, and mindset that have fueled his elite performance. Adrian’s hands-on approach includes shadowing live transactions, personalized coaching, and roleplay scenarios designed to build confidence and mastery in every stage of the sales process.Over the course of this 12–24 week program, trainees will develop the skills needed to generate leads, manage clients, market properties, negotiate deals, and coordinate closings—all while working toward their California Real Estate Salesperson License. By graduation, participants will be fully prepared to launch their careers as producing real estate agents, equipped with the tools, knowledge, and guidance that only a top-tier mentor like Adrian can provide.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train under the mentorship of Adrian Quijano, gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, client management, and negotiations.
- Shadow live transactions to understand real-time sales processes.
- Participate in personalized coaching and roleplay scenarios to build confidence and mastery in sales.
