ABOUT THE JOB

We have 3 tracks: Technical Project Management (PM), Technical Project Engineering (PE), and Custom Software Developer (CSD). 3 positions open:1. PM- Project Management- need starting Sept 2023 and after: 3+ years of experience in leadership & management. Excellent communication skills. Requires strong leadership, attention to detail, organizational skills, high emotional intelligence. Basic networking knowledge and good understanding of systems and processes. Preferred. Experience working with Leadership in technical/developer/business communities. BS degree in Business, CS, MIS or equivalent is desirable 2. PE- Project Engineer- need start August 2023 and after: Minimum of 1 year of experience administering or supporting a Unified Communications system or equivalent technical certification. Basic knowledge of VoIP Protocols. Networking experience and good understanding of network requirements for a UC/Voice deployment or equivalent technical certification 3. CSD- Custom Software Developer- need starting Aug 2023 and after: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a software developer, with a focus on custom integrations and APIs. Strong proficiency in Perl, Python, and JavaScript programming languages. Solid understanding of Zoom’s API and RM platforms, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics. Experience developing and maintaining custom software solutions using Perl, Python, and JavaScript. Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs. Knowledge of database systems, SQL, and data modeling.
