1. Technical Project Manager /Engineer (TPME) Requirements:3+ years of experience in leadership & managementExcellent communication skillsStrong leadership, attention to detail, organizational skills, and high emotional intelligenceBasic networking knowledge and good understanding of systems and processes preferredExperience working with leadership in technical/developer/business communitiesBS degree in Business, CS, MIS, or equivalent is desirableMinimum of 1 year of experience administering or supporting a Unified Communications system or equivalent technical certificationBasic knowledge of VoIP ProtocolsNetworking experience and good understanding of network requirements for a UC/Voice deployment or equivalent technical certification2. Custom Software Developer (CSD)Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Proven experience as a software developer, with a focus on custom integrations and APIs Strong proficiency in Perl, Python, and JavaScript programming languagesSolid understanding of Zoom’s API and RM platforms, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft DynamicsExperience developing and maintaining custom software solutions using Perl, Python, and JavaScriptFamiliarity with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIsKnowledge of database systems, SQL, and data modeling3. Quality Assurance Software Technician (QA) Requirements:Proven experience as a QA technician, software developer or tester, or in a similar role Familiarity with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, LoadRunner, JMeter)Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologiesStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and version control systems (e.g., Git) Ability to work independently and within a team environment to meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal Preferred Qualifications:Experience with performance and load testingKnowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) and scripting Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments and tools
