Juniper Communities is seeking a Facilities Manager (Environmental Services Director) SkillBridge Intern, you will gain leadership experience managing a hospitality retirement community's operation. Your role will involve maintaining a safe and welcoming environment by overseeing building systems, maintenance workflows, vendor services, and safety compliance. Facilities Managers at Juniper ensure smooth operations through effective management of HVAC systems, plumbing, vendor coordination, and emergency preparedness. You will engage in preventive maintenance planning, minor repairs, compliance documentation, environmental safety checks, and team supervision. This hands-on role directly impacts the quality of life for residents and staff.
