Clinical Labs of Hawaii is offering a SkillBridge opportunity for service members to gain hands-on experience in the daily operations of Human Resources and Marketing. During this program, you will apply the skills acquired throughout your military service while learning how to translate your experience into civilian expertise.

ABOUT THE JOB

Participant will learn how to convert their military experience into the civilian Human Resources and Marketing careers. During this time participants will learn full cycle recruiting, employee relations, on-boarding, complaint investigation, conflict resolution and Marketing strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn full cycle recruiting
• Manage employee relations
• Handle on-boarding processes
• Conduct complaint investigations
• Resolve conflicts
• Develop and implement marketing strategies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to translate military experience into civilian expertise
