Jobs Description: Federal Operations Intern – Capture Management/Proposal DevelopmentThis role is ideal for transitioning service members looking to apply their leadership skills and knowledge of the DoD contracting space to a civilian business development role.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Opportunity Identification:Conduct research to identify opportunities in both government and commercial sectors that align with our SaaS solutionAnalyze government contracting trends and opportunities to identify growth areasLeverage knowledge of DoD procurement processes to target relevant government opportunitiesProposal Development & Capture Management:Lead the development of proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and other government solicitations that align with our SaaS solutionCollaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals that meet client needsParticipate in bid/no-bid decision and capture management to support contract strategiesBusiness Development Strategy Execution:Contribute to the development and execution of a strategic business development plan, focused on expanding our offerings and market presenceAnalyze business development performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessaryContract Management & Compliance:Assist in managing the lifecycle of government contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR regulations and contract termsStay informed of DoD acquisition policies and government contracting trends to maintain a competitive advantage
