Progressive and growing Facility Management firm is looking to add to our Team. Our team is self-directed, focused on Preventive Maintenance and Service and performs all aspects of building maintenance.
The ideal candidate should have a wide range of skills, good attention to detail, good organizational skills and must be a team player. If you have training and/or previous experience in Facility Management, Construction Trades or Building Maintenance, we’d like to meet you! Ultimately, a successful candidate will integrate into our team as a self-starter capable of managing multiple work orders and delighting the customer.Duties Include:· Perform routine inspections on commercial and industrial buildings.· Perform minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs, fixing door handles, etc.· Perform major repairs such as major plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC repairs.· Diagnosis, repair and maintenance of industrial and commercial buildings and building equipment· Project work as opportunities arise
Deployed from one central location (office) to multiple locations across northeast Ohio in a company van.
