The AI Product, Content & Growth Operations Training Program provides transitioning service members with hands-on experience in AI-assisted business operations, workflow automation, content systems, operational modernization, and customer engagement processes in a small-business environment.Participants will gain exposure to practical applications of AI tools, digital operations, research workflows, content coordination, automation systems, and business process improvement while working alongside Halyard Consulting leadership and operational staff.
SkillBridge participants will support operational and strategic business activities related to AI-assisted workflows, digital operations, customer engagement systems, content coordination, automation support, and administrative process improvement.Training activities may include:- AI-assisted research and operational analysis- Workflow documentation and process mapping- CRM and business systems support- Content coordination and digital communications- Automation workflow observation and participation- Operational reporting and data organization- Customer engagement workflow support- Exposure to responsible AI implementation practicesParticipants will receive mentorship, structured guidance, and exposure to real-world operational environments focused on ethical and practical applications of AI-enabled business systems.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, professional, and interested in business operations, digital systems, workflow modernization, communications, and practical applications of AI.Strong written communication, organization, reliability, and willingness to learn new tools are beneficial. Prior AI, coding, or technical experience is not required.
