Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF)
The goal of this internship is to provide the Department of Defense SkillBridge Intern with the training and skills necessary to successfully graduate into a role with the Florida Department of Children and Families as a Child Protective Investigator in the Office of Child and Family Well-Being. By leveraging the interns experience and the training provided by the Florida Department of Children and Families, a career could begin as soon as the intern departs active duty.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Graduate into a role as a Child Protective Investigator in the Office of Child and Family Well-Being.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Four years of active military service
- Honorable discharge
- Detail-oriented
- Good decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and have four years of active military service by the end of the internship with an honorable discharge. We are looking for individuals who are detailed-oriented, possess good decision-making skills, and can thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
