TIGHITCO
This opportunity will give the member all of the tools and experience necessary to understand aerospace composite manufacturing processes from cradle to grave. By pairing the member with mentors, managers, experienced craftsman, and peers they will gain invaluable experience that will apply to many different arenas in the aerospace industry. This includes management, quality, engineering, fabrication, budgeting, programs, and leadership. Job placement will not be guaranteed, although likely. Aspirations and career desires will be discussed with the member throughout the apprenticeship. TIGHITCO is committed to guiding, mentoring, and training the member in ways that will help the member attain their ultimate goal.

- Participate in management, quality, engineering, fabrication, budgeting, programs, and leadership tasks
