The Field Superintendent oversees day-to-day field operations on projects, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with contract documents, EM 385-1-1, quality control requirements, and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors and crews, coordinating inspections and submittals, maintaining daily reports and schedules, enforcing site safety and quality standards, and serving as the primary on-site liaison with customer representatives. The Field Superintendent is responsible for delivering projects in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and project milestones.
