Internship training designed to give transitioning service members a direct pathway into a skilled trade and leadership roles within our organization. Through hands-on training, real-world experience, and dedicated mentorship from prior-service leaders, participants will build the skills needed to thrive in high-demand restoration and construction industry operations, and leadership management of a growing business servicing customer that require mitigation and restoration of their properties. Our program focus is on-the-job training in:Technical Trade skills: Fire, water and mold mitigation techniques, Finance skills: Job Cost Accounting, Invoicing and payroll, and Leadership development: Project Coordinators and Project Managers Work side-by-side with experienced managers to build leadership, operational, and customer service skills.
