We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Health and Life Insurance Sales Representatives. This position does not require cold calling. All leads provided are warm leads—individuals who have already expressed interest in receiving quotes from our company.
Upon successful completion of the SkillBridge training program, participants will obtain the following credentials and documented progress toward licensure and certification: HIPAA & CMS Compliance Training Certificate Completion of internal training covering HIPAA privacy standards, CMS Medicare marketing guidelines, and ethical sales practices. CRM & Client Documentation Proficiency Certificate Verification of competency in CRM navigation, client record management, and compliant documentation workflows. Medicare Fundamentals Certificate (Internal) Certification confirming foundational knowledge of Medicare Advantage (MAPD), Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), and Medicare Supplement products. Pre-Licensing Education Hours (Applied Toward State Insurance License) Completion of structured study hours and exam preparation aligned with state Life & Health insurance licensing requirements. (Actual licensing exams are completed through the state and not issued by Medicare One Stop.) Sales & Customer Communication Training Hours Documented hours in consultative selling, objection handling, call flow execution, and customer service best practices applicable toward professional sales certifications. Licensing Readiness & Exam Eligibility (24-week track participants) Participants completing the extended track will be prepared to sit for their state Life & Health insurance licensing exam and complete carrier Ready-to-Sell certification upon licensure. Note: Final state licensure and carrier certifications are subject to state insurance department requirements and external testing authorities.
