ABOUT THE JOB

Once complete with the Commercial HVAC Service Technician training SkillBridge members will be prepared for a role as a commercial HVAC service technician. Commercial HVAC technicians are in very high demand throughout the country. In this program SkillBridge members will learn how to serve customers in HVAC startup and servicing commercial HVAC systems and products while fostering positive customer interactions through identifying system issues and completing repairs. While in the roll of Commercial HVAC Service Technician Trainee DOD SkillBridge members will mentor and train with our fully qualified Commercial HVAC Service Technicians allowing for detailed daily training on commercial HVAC equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve customers in HVAC startup and servicing commercial HVAC systems and products
• Foster positive customer interactions
• Identify system issues and complete repairs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Complete the Commercial HVAC Service Technician training
• Mentor and train with fully qualified Commercial HVAC Service Technicians
