In a residential capacity, Electrical Helpers will assist Electrical Installation Technicians with installations in residential homes, including any small to large panel change outs, running conduit, working with high voltage, and setting and starting up generator systems. Gas piping and venting as well.In a commercial or industrial capacity, Electrical Helpers assist the Electrical staff with planning, diagramming and implementing electrical systems. Performs tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches with shovel, set braces to support the sides of excavations, climbing and working on a ladder, clean up debris and other waste materials.
Will be required to pass background and drug screening. Will be required to have reliable transportation.
