Rock River Electric, an IBEW Local 145 electrical contractor, is seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our growing team. Apprentices will work alongside licensed electricians to learn the trade, gain hands‑on experience, and complete required training through the IBEW apprenticeship program.Responsibilities:- Assist journeyman electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems- Follow safety standards and jobsite procedures- Use basic hand and power tools- Read and interpret instructions from foremen or journeymen- Maintain a clean and organized work areaRequirements:- Willingness to enroll in/participate in the IBEW Local 145 apprenticeship program- Strong work ethic and reliability- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various jobsite conditions- Valid driver’s license and necessary union documentationWhat We Offer:Union wages and benefits through IBEW Local 145On‑the‑job training with experienced electriciansOpportunities for career progression within the electrical trade
