The SkillBridge Internship is a 26-week immersive training program designed to transition military service members into the residential property management industry. Interns will gain hands-on experience in leasing, tenant relations, property maintenance, and financial management. The program provides a comprehensive understanding of rental property operations, legal compliance, and owner communication. Participants will receive mentorship, daily feedback, and practical training in property management software and industry best practices. ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a motivated SkillBridge Intern to gain valuable experience in the property management industry. The intern will assist with tenant placement, property inspections, maintenance coordination, and lease administration. Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day operations, communicating with tenants and property owners, and managing maintenance requests. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about real estate, property management software, and customer service.
