For this position you will learn how to handle daily posting of financial transactions using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks). Prepare financial reports and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy in financial records. Manage payroll, benefits, and ensure timely payment of taxes and bills. Act as a liaison between clients and the organization, maintaining strong relationships and communication. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare purchase orders and review invoices for accuracy before processing payments. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, conducting audits as necessary.
