Veteran Education Benefits Specialist

ABOUT THE JOB

To provide accurate Veterans Educational Information and assist with documentation of students' enrollment and certification process by entering data in Excel, PeopleSoft, Imaging, and Enrollment Manager systems. Will assist with their records and concerns; perform office functions relative to the VA enrollment process and the maintenance of student records. Provide increased customer service coverage for student veterans with the School Certifying Official, and other VA duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide accurate Veterans Educational Information
• Assist with documentation of students' enrollment and certification process
• Enter data in Excel, PeopleSoft, Imaging, and Enrollment Manager systems
• Perform office functions relative to the VA enrollment process and the maintenance of student records
• Provide increased customer service coverage for student veterans with the School Certifying Official
• Other VA duties as assigned

This position will be offered at both our Long Beach Campus as well as our main campus in Hattiesburg.
