As a SkillBridge intern at SBC, you will gain direct exposure to a professional B2B sales and recruiting environment, learning to support clients with their talent acquisition needs while building a career in business development. You will generate new sales leads within the manufacturing and industrial services sectors through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email campaigns, and online networking.Beyond prospecting, you will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, explain our recruiting process, coordinate follow-ups, and contribute to long-term client relationships. You will also provide insights on market trends and client feedback to help the team refine strategies and deliver value to clients.This role is full-time and results-driven. Interns must be self-motivated, resilient, and ready to embrace a sales- and client-focused mindset. Success requires initiative, persistence, and a commitment to a long-term career in professional B2B sales, account management, and client development.
Senior Enlisted or OfficerThis position is for individuals fully committed to a career in sales, not for those seeking a short-term internship or simply looking for remote work.Strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are required. Candidates must be able to work full-time remotely in a professional, distraction-free environment and be prepared to meet the expectations of a results-driven, client-focused B2B sales role.
