Priority for 18-35yr olds, if older please still applyLow-income (based on HUD guidelines)Minimum HS Diploma or GED (candidates with Master's degrees or higher do not qualify)Residents of the Greater Boston or Greater Philadelphia regionsAuthorized to work in the United States
