ABOUT THE JOB

- Machine Setup and Calibration: Set up, adjust, and calibrate CNC machinery, including installing tools, fixtures, and work holding devices.- Production Operation: Load raw materials, start/stop machine cycles, and manage the production of parts, ensuring accuracy to blueprints and technical drawings.- Quality Inspection: Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.- Monitoring & Adjustments: Monitor machines while running to identify issues (e.g., tool wear, malfunctions), make tool changes, and adjust offsets to maintain tolerances.- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacing worn tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES✨
