About the Role:As a Federal Services Project Manager, you’ll manage Recurring Maintenance and Minor Repairs (RMMR) for federal fueling systems—critical infrastructure that supports military readiness. You’ll oversee service projects for bulk fuel storage tanks, hydrant systems, pumps, filtration, and control systems. This role focuses on maintenance, troubleshooting, and small capital improvements—not large-scale construction.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate service projects for federal fueling systems.Manage task orders for maintenance, repairs, and sustainment activities.Schedule and oversee technicians, subcontractors, and service crews.Serve as the primary point of contact for federal agencies and base personnel.Ensure compliance with UFC, EM 385-1-1, NFPA, and other federal standards.Track budgets, materials, and prepare project reports.Why Acterra Group?For over 60 years, Acterra has supported aviation, defense, and industrial markets with safe, reliable fueling systems. Preferred experience with bulk fuel storage systems, hydrant systems, pump systems, filtration systems, or federal/military fueling infrastructure.Experience managing service work, maintenance programs, or sustainment activities for petroleum or bulk fuel facilities is highly desirable.This skillbridge participant would be provided remote opportunities as well as opportunity in the field (on job-site) and at our corporate headquarters in Marion, IA.
