Pink's Window Services is a fast-growing home and commercial window cleaning franchise operating across the Washington DC Metro Area (Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC). We are seeking high-caliber transitioning service members for our General Manager (GM) SkillBridge internship — a hands-on leadership role that trains you to run a full franchise operation from day one. The GM is the cornerstone of our business: you will lead a team, drive revenue, manage operations, and build lasting relationships in your community. ABOUT THE ROLE: The General Manager plays a pivotal role at Pink's Window Services. GMs are the culture carriers and the face of window cleaning in their community. This is a high-impact leadership position ideal for transitioning NCOs, officers, and senior enlisted members ready to own their career outcomes.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Handle scheduling and all direct client communication (phone, text, email)• Estimate projects and send quotes to prospective clients• Accompany potential clients on property inspections and walk-throughs• Upsell additional services to ongoing projects and existing customers• Once a client accepts, schedule the job and coordinate crew assignments• Manage all hiring, onboarding, performance management, and labor scheduling• Conduct post-service follow-ups with clients for quality assurance• Build strategic relationships with homeowners, restaurant managers, HOAs, and local businesses• Network and actively promote the Pink's brand in the DC Metro community• Ensure full safety compliance across all van operations• Manage inventory including soap, towels, equipment, and suppliesCOMPENSATION (upon full-time hire): $65,000 base salary + 2% of location revenueSCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, Full-TimeBENEFITS: PTO, Holiday Pay, performance bonusesINTERNSHIP COST: $0 to the service member
• Must be within 180 days of separation from active duty service• All branches of service welcome (Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, Space Force)• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred• NCO, SNCO, Warrant Officer, or Commissioned Officer backgrounds ideal• Must be able to work in the Washington DC Metro Area (Virginia, Maryland, DC)• Valid driver's license required• Self-motivated individuals with a desire to build a career in business management
