JPAR SkillBridge Real Estate Agent Internship - Real Estate Agent Training Internship

Cielo Vista Realty Group, a top-performing, veteran-led real estate team under JPAR Real Estate in El Paso, TX, is proud to offer the only SkillBridge-approved real estate internship in the region—developed and led by two retired SELs: a Chief Master Sergeant (USAF) and a Sergeant Major (USA). Interns will train alongside licensed brokers and in-house industry partners, gaining hands-on experience in real estate operations, marketing, client engagement, and transaction management. This structured, 12-week program is tailored for transitioning service members seeking to launch meaningful real estate careers while remaining local to the El Paso area. Built by veterans, for veterans, the internship provides mission-focused mentorship and a clear path into the real estate profession.

ABOUT THE JOB

Interns will work side-by-side with top-producing Realtors and lending partners to gain hands-on experience in residential real estate transactions, marketing, negotiation, and client care. Participants will: learn how to list, market, and sell homes in the El Paso market. Support open houses, buyer showings, and marketing campaigns. Receive guided training on Texas real estate licensing requirements. Use industry-standard tools like CRMs, MLS, DocuSign, and transaction platforms. Work alongside mortgage lenders and title partners to learn the full sales cycle. Get mentored by senior military veterans who successfully transitioned to real estate careers ⚠️ This internship is best suited for transitioning service members who plan to remain in the El Paso area post-separation. However, other locations within Texas may be approved on a case-by-case basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be eligible for DoD SkillBridge participation
• Must be willing to obtain a Texas real estate license (training guidance provided)
• Must reside in or plan to remain in the El Paso region following transition (other Texas locations may be considered on a case-by-case basis)
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and discipline preferred
