ABOUT THE JOB

This SkillBridge opportunity offers a developmental role where the participant will progressively build expertise as an Additive Manufacturing Technician. The role involves hands-on experience with metal hybrid additive/subtractive CNC mills, including CAD/CAM, and hybrid manufacturing processes. The participant will contribute to research and development of new components for the Navy and Marine Corps, train active-duty personnel, and provide direct support to deployed units on system operation and component creation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Progressively build expertise as an Additive Manufacturing Technician.
• Hands-on experience with metal hybrid additive/subtractive CNC mills, including CAD/CAM, and hybrid manufacturing processes.
• Contribute to research and development of new components for the Navy and Marine Corps.
• Train active-duty personnel.
• Provide direct support to deployed units on system operation and component creation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
