Apprenticeship program to train member to become an AETC civilian curriculum development manager (CDM) and obtain their 1750 Office of Personnel Management (OPM) certification required for civil service CDM hiring via USA Jobs.
ABOUT THE JOB
Create military apprentice level technical training material to include development of Plan of Instruction, Study Guide, Lesson Plan, Knowledge assessments, Performance assessments, video demonstrations, and written knowledge tests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create military apprentice level technical training material
- Develop Plan of Instruction
- Develop Study Guide
- Develop Lesson Plan
- Create Knowledge assessments
- Create Performance assessments
- Produce video demonstrations
- Develop written knowledge tests
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree (Education preferred) or be 'actively' pursuing a Bachelor's degree as indicated by submittal of college transcripts
- Provide an Office of Personnel Management (OPM) series 1750 worksheet signed by HQ AETC 1750 Program Manager at Randolph AFB, TX
